REPORT
Following each assessment, GoodCorporation produces a report, containing a summary of current practice and an assessment of how well the current policies and practices are working for each point in the Standard. This assessment is based on evidence obtained from inside the organisation and also from the feedback provided through external stakeholder interviews.

GoodCorporation’s report can give management direct feedback from stakeholders helping the company to focus on areas which are perceived as weak.
The report also includes suggested improvements to help the company fill any gaps between desired good practice and what is happening in reality. Though GoodCorporation will set out clearly what needs to be done to fill gaps, GoodCorporation does not get involved in any consultancy work to address weaknesses. This is to protect our impartiality and we see this as a key benefit for our clients.
The report and ratings issued to clients are confidential to the client, and are not published by GoodCorporation.

Each point in the report is given a grade depending on how well the systems appear to work. The GoodCorporation grades range from ‘fail’ to commendation, click here for further details. These grades are summarised in the report in a ‘report card’ format.
Where the organisation is seeking membership, a draft report is issued to the Accreditation Council for approval. The client is requested to check the report for factual accuracy of the summary of current practice, and the Accreditation Council [link to accreditation council 7a] reviews the report to ensure that there is consistency in all reports and ratings awarded to all clients.
Once the comments from the Accreditation Council have been reviewed and implemented, a final report is submitted to the client.

Using the information from the GoodCorporation report, the company can report:
- That it has a process in place to systematically assess its relationships with it key stakeholders: “We have a process to systematically and independently assess our stakeholder views about our business. We do this using the GoodCorporation assessment process.”
- Assessment grades to show its performance for a particular stakeholder group
- An overall percentage can be given for each stakeholder group, based on a score of 1 for a fail grade and 5 for a commendation grade
- The number of non-compliant grades can be shown as a percentage of all of the practices that have been assessed.
GoodCorporation’s contracts with its clients states that any reporting by the client must be a ‘balanced and fair’ summary of the assessment work.
