Community Project Evaluation
Many organisations have developed CSR programmes which include a range of activities to support the local community. One of the challenges for businesses is how to evaluate the effectiveness and value of these programmes. As part of its assessment work, GoodCorporation has developed a tailor-made evaluation for CSR projects. This evaluation looks at the project in two dimensions: firstly its governance and secondly its outcomes.
The assessment can be used to prioritise projects, to close poorly performing projects and to increase support for projects which are well governed and are achieving good outcomes.
