Due Diligence
Many organisations are faced with the challenge of how they should evaluate the performance of intermediaries. This may relate specifically to the prevention of bribery and corruption, but can also relate to environmental performance, social performance and wider ethical and governnace issues.
To help its clients around the world, GoodCorporation has undertaken a number of due diligence exercises. These have involved the development of a specific list of practices that are of concern to our clients. We have then used the GoodCorporation Assessment Methodolgy to assess how these practices are working inside the intermediary’s organisation.
GoodCorporation uses a standard grading system (five grades ranging from commendation to fail) to score each of the intermediary’s practices. These assessments can be done rapidly and efficiently to help our clients to decide if they want to work with an intermediary and/or they need the intermediary to improve its business practices in some way.
