Ethical Project Management
Large construction projects in emerging markets present specific risks for the corporations that are the ultimate owners of the project. In many cases problems of human rights abuse, environmental damange, community relations conflicts and land disputes have turned highly profitable projects into poorly performing ones that can have long term negative impacts on reputation.
In response to demand from its clients in the oil and gas sector, GoodCorporation has developed a specific project assessment methodology to help its clients to evaluate performance and reduce reputational risks in projects.
GoodCorporation uses its ‘project assessment framework’ as a base to help organisations identify the business practices that need to be in place and working in order to protect reputation.
GoodCorporation conducts assessments of the client’s governance of the project, the main contractors and sub-contractors. GoodCorporation then conducts on-site assessments of the operations of the main contractors and sub-contractors’ operations.
