Ethics Training
As more and more companies develop Codes of Conduct and Business Principles, the challenge is to ensure that these are properly embedded inside the organisation. As part of this process of embedding it is essential that employees and other stakeholders understand the company’s principles and how they should operate on the ground.
GoodCorporation’s training service started from its own training programme for its assessors. This thorough training programme on how to identify, evaluate and reduce ethical risks has subsequently been adapted and used by our clients to help their own CR, compliance and internal audit teams.
GoodCorporation has also helped some of its clients to develop content for on-line training tools linked to Codes of Conduct. This work has helped our clients to develop scenarios and case studies that are realistic, interesting and challenging for employees.
