Sustainable Restaurant Association
The Sustainable Restaurant Association (www.thesra.org) was set up in 2010 by Good Business and a group of leading restaurants to promote sustainable and responsible business behaviour in the UK restaurant industry.
GoodCorporation is one of the partner organisations of the SRA and designed the SRA accreditation scheme. It conducted pilots of the assessment in The Zetter, Alimentum and Leon before the SRA launch.
The assessment is fully explained here on the SRA website and contains a guidance manual and list of evidence for the assessment, developed for by GoodCorporation. If you would like to discuss your SRA assessment then please contact us.
