This section sets out information for project managers. Thank you for taking charge of your organisation’s assessment. We hope that you will find the assessment process both interesting for you and helpful for your organisation.

The assessment is broken down into four steps. Typically the assessment is based on the GoodCorporation Standard.
You will find here a set of documents which may be useful for your preparation. Check on the guidance page for other language versions, or contact us if you cannot find what you need.
Firstly there is a simple preparation form which you can use to make sure you know who is responsible for each business practice in your organisation and what systems/documents support this practice.
These include the GoodCorporation Standard, a guidance manual that explains the assessment of each business practice and a preparation form.
There is also an introduction to GoodCorporation. If you are trying to explain the assessment and its outputs to colleagues, this presentation should provide you with all the information you need.
The sample assessment report shows you an example of a typical final report.
