Debbie joined GoodCorporation in 2011. She leads business ethics assessments and heads up our measuring ethical culture work. She runs our ethics training and is also responsible for a four-year ethics training programme that GoodCorporation is running for one of the EU’s largest financial institutions. At the start of 2020, she was asked to join the Lloyd's of London culture advisory group.
In addition, Debbie leads GoodCorporation’s work on the Banknote Ethics Initiative, a collective action scheme for the bank note industry established to promote ethical business practice in the bank note industry, with a focus on the prevention of bribery and compliance with anti-trust law. Debbie has also led projects on anti-corruption in the telecoms, oil and gas, IT and logistics sectors.
She has 30 years' experience in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors working for British Airways, BT, Centrica, Saatchi and Saatchi, VSO and the International Business Leaders Forum. Debbie has a Modern Languages degree from the University of Bristol and a postgraduate qualification from the University of Surrey. She speaks French and German.
