Develop and assess ABC programmes

GoodCorporation has conducted over 100 anti-bribery and corruption assessments across the globe for multinational organisations operating in a wide variety of industry sectors.

The GoodCorporation Framework on Bribery and Corruption covers all major corruption risks and identifies the management practices needed to embed robust anti-corruption procedures into an organisation.

It can be used to design, build, embed or evaluate anti-corruption policies and procedures to help companies mitigate risk.

We also use it to test the strength and effectiveness of anti-corruption procedures both for high-level reviews of head office policies and site level reviews of their application in operating units. In addition, it can be used to demonstrate improvement by companies facing prosecution or debarment and competes with ISO37001 for ABC certification.

Based on best practice, it draws on the six principles of the UK Ministry of Justice guidance on the Bribery Act, the US Department of Justice FCPA guidance and our own experience.

GoodCorporation can also help organisations to identify their corruption risks, build effective third party due diligence systems and embed a zero-tolerance approach to corrupt practice.

GoodCorporation has a thorough understanding of how to assess adequate procedures.  Their years of experience provided us with a trustworthy, third party review of our internal systems.
