In the financial services sector, GoodCorporation ran a three-year ethics training programme for the European Central Bank.
The programme was delivered to 4000 employees in a series of face-to-face workshops. The training covered the ‘ethics reflex’, exploring how managers and employees can be sure to do the right thing, examining when is it right to intervene and how to do so in order to protect the organisation. Case studies and dilemmas were used to illustrate the importance of behaving ethically with interactive techniques such as voting handsets, breakout groups and quizzes to engage participants.
