Evaluating adequate procedures under a debarment regime

For a major European construction firm, GoodCorporation provided services in relation to its release from an international organisationā€™s debarment regime. The client had been investigated and found guilty of bribery and as such, was subsequently barred for a three year period. During the period a monitor was appointed and GoodCorporation was asked to undertake the role of the monitorā€™s consultant. GoodCorporation designed an ABC assessment along with the international organisation which combined the GoodCorporation ABC Framework and standard assessment, together with a significant ethical culture on-line survey.

The survey results and the assessment results were used by the international organisation as an initial benchmark to understand the clientā€™s ABC programme. The assessment was then repeated later on during the monitoring process to show the international organisation what progress had been made.
