GoodCorporation announces majority investment funding from Leon Capital to drive next-stage growth

GoodCorporation, leading specialists in business ethics and corporate sustainability, is delighted to announce majority investment funding from sustainability-focused private equity firm Leon Capital.
This is a significant development for GoodCorporation, providing the company with access to capital to support its business growth ambitions and creating additional opportunities within the Leon Capital portfolio. GoodCorporation will retain its independence, name, brand, and core services, while continuing to deliver high-quality work rooted in ethical and sustainable business conduct.

Through this new partnership, GoodCorporation will collaborate with Leon Capital’s portfolio of companies, including Xynteo, a specialist advisory firm with expertise in environmental strategy, sustainable programme development, and non-financial reporting. This alignment will enhance GoodCorporation’s offering across a wide range of ESG and business ethics areas.
