Manager

Full Time | London

GoodCorporation is looking for an experienced Manager to join our London office to play a key role in project delivery and support the continued growth of our ethics, compliance and corporate sustainability consultancy.

You will lead and manage the delivery of client projects and assessments across a range of business ethics topics including human rights and anti-bribery and corruption, acting as a senior client contact and providing subject matter expertise. The role also involves managing and developing junior team members, leading and supporting business development and proposal activity, and supporting the development of our methodologies, frameworks and services.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams across a wide range of international projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client relationships and commercial awareness throughout.

We are looking for someone with:

5+ years’ experience in business ethics, compliance or related fields
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and international standards
Experience managing projects and client relationships
Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
A master’s degree in a field relevant to our work
Willingness to travel for up to two weeks at a time
Fluency or business proficiency in languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Mandarin or Russian
